Start with your goal
Are you planning to sell, or also considering rental? What is your preferred timeline? Discuss your goals with the office before agreeing on presentation and asking price.
Gather accurate information
List the size, layout, floor, heating, ancillary spaces and known outstanding issues. Listing details should match the available records. An engineer and notary can guide you on checks and documents needed for your particular case.
Prepare the presentation
Photograph in natural light, tidy the rooms and keep personal documents out of the frame. Do not conceal damage or features a prospective buyer needs to know about.
Agree before publication
Submitting details to ALC PROPERTIES does not automatically publish a listing. We contact you and review the information before publication. Viewing arrangements are then discussed with you.
Your practical checklist
- Listing details: size, rooms, floor, heating, parking, storage and outdoor areas. Note anything that needs verification before being used in the listing.
- Property condition: recent work, known defects, whether it is occupied or rented and when viewings can take place.
- Presentation material: clear photos of each space, without personal documents, faces or contact details in the image.
- Owner goals: desired asking price, timeline and contact availability. An asking price is not a guarantee of the final agreed price.
