The information below further explains the specific functions of our platform.
Our forms collect the details you enter to review a property submission or respond to your request. Owner contact details and messages are available only to the authorised office administrator.
Property photos and descriptions appear to visitors only after approval. Do not submit identity documents, contracts or other sensitive documents.

Favorites and requests
Favorites are linked to your signed-in account and can be removed from the Favorites page. Valuation, property search and viewing requests are stored so the office can respond. A suggested viewing time is not a confirmed appointment.
Accounts and marketing emails
ALC PROPERTIES stores contact details, properties and requests in customer records to provide its services. Passwords are stored as non-readable hashes and are never displayed to the office. Essential sign-in cookies are used. Verification, recovery and new-request notifications to the office are sent through Resend. Office notifications contain a reference and management link, not the form contents. Marketing emails require optional consent, which can be withdrawn in your account or by contacting sales@alcproperties.gr.
Searches, notes and maps
Saved searches and private notes are linked to your account. Search emails are enabled separately, sent through Resend and can be stopped in your account or through the email link. Maps load from OpenStreetMap only when you choose to show them, at which point the provider receives standard connection data. We do not send the exact property address. Videos and 3D tours open on the relevant external provider.
Optional visitor statistics
On English pages, cookie choices use our existing consent controls. Google Tag Manager and measurement tags load only after you select Accept statistics. Your choice is stored on your device for up to 180 days. You can change it with the Cookies button. Rejection does not affect browsing or signing in.
These tags do not load in administration, account or sign-in pages. With your consent, we separately measure successful submissions and clicks on the office phone, email or Instagram links. A click does not mean a call took place or a message was sent. Form details and text, search choices and private links are not added to events. Only validated campaign source, medium and name codes are retained from promotional links. We do not add names, emails, phone numbers or private office property information to measurement events. Advertising personalisation remains disabled.
