Property in Palaiokipos

Plan your search

When looking for an older home in Palaiokipos, in the Gera area of Lesvos, pay attention to the layout and the relationship between main and ancillary spaces. Check the number of levels, the location of the kitchen and bathroom, and how the courtyard and separate buildings are used.

What to check

For an older building, a technical inspection helps establish its condition and the work it needs. Ask about the roof, services, access and available documentation. Consider the purchase together with any work you will require rather than relying only on the advertised price.
